Legal terms governing the use of SecureCyberInsights site content and resources.
Welcome to SecureCyberInsights. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SecureCyberInsights website, including any content, articles, downloads, templates, checklists, sample documents, forms, tools, resources, and related services made available through the site (collectively, the “Site”). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECURECYBERINSIGHTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR RESULTS.
SecureCyberInsights does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from malware or other harmful components, or that any information, content, or resource will be current, accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureCyberInsights and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages of any kind arising out of or relating to your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site or any Site content, including without limitation any business interruption, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, regulatory issue, compliance deficiency, examination finding, enforcement action, security event, reputational harm, or procurement of substitute services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SecureCyberInsights and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site may also be subject to any applicable Privacy Policy posted on the Site. If a Privacy Policy exists, it is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Modifications to the Site or Terms
SecureCyberInsights may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Site at any time without notice. SecureCyberInsights may also revise these Terms from time to time in its sole discretion. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the Site unless otherwise stated. 12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless SecureCyberInsights designates a different governing law in a published version of these Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SecureCyberInsights regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the same subject matter.
